Hospice UK published our report on improving palliative care in rural communities: Bringing Care Closer to Home. 'Improving Palliative Care in remote and rural communities'. Thanks so much for providing the case study on Compassionate Communities NI – it was great example to include, especially as working in partnership with local communities is such a central theme of the report.
